INSTRUCTIONS:

Use warm for sinus pain, allergies or dry eyes. Simply place in the microwave for 10 second intervals, up to 30 seconds. Take care if using warm.

Use cold to reduce swelling. The cold compress helps relieve stress, dark circles and puffy eyes while the lavender flowers promote relaxation and tranquility. Can also be used to soothe headaches and migraines.

*If using in the freezer, place in a plastic bag first so the eye pillow doesn’t absorb freezer odors.
