Refund policy
We accept returns on items ordered by the original customer or gifter. Please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date to notify us of your return. Items must be returned, unopened in their original package and condition for a refund to be honored. Returns are shipped back to us at the customers expense.

Damages and Issues
In the event of a damaged item due to shipping, please contact us immediately. USPS includes insurance with most shipments. We will need a picture of the damaged item and box or mailer in order to process your claim. Once those pictures are provided, we will send out a replacement for your item as soon as possible.
We can not issue a refund if the above information is not provided.
We are not liable for packages that are shipped to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to double check addresses when submitting orders. If your order is returned to us, you will need to pay for another shipping label so we can resend it.
We are not responsible for stolen packages. Please keep an eye on your tracking information that is emailed to you when I ship your order. Please make sure you are available to receive your package or if you are sending a gift, it’s best to let the recipient know they have a package coming to them so they know to check their mail/front porch.
