60 Minute Distant Reiki Healing Session - Energy Healing, Chakra Balancing, Stress Relief, Relaxation

Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, anxiety and pain while restoring balance to the body. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which universal energy is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient. Reiki sessions can be done remotely, as energy has no limits to distance.

During your 60 minute session I will connect with your energy and bring balance to your mind, body and spirit by correcting chakra imbalances and releasing blocks and stress from the body.
All you need to do is allow yourself to be open to receiving healing energy. It is okay if you are occupied or sleeping during your session.

Your session will happen within 24 hours of purchase Monday-Friday. Sessions that are purchased during the weekend will happen the following Monday. Sessions purchased on a holiday will take place on the following business day.

During your session you may feel physical sensations such as warmth or tingling in the area being worked on, while others may feel peace and relaxation. You may also feel an emotional release. Crying, laughing, deep relaxation, old feelings or trauma being brought to the surface are all normal and just show us where we need healing. Trust the process and know that Reiki goes exactly where it’s needed.

After your session I will provide feedback to the email that you used to order your session. This may also include any other things I intuitively picked up on.
